Krusader Kickboxing and self defence classes

First session is FREE - Normal price £5
If you have ever thought about getting fit and staying safe, why not come along and
try our kickboxing and self defence classes.
The Class is run by Sensei Steven Robinson who is a 2nd Dan in kickboxing and a 1st
Dan in Jiu-Jitsu.
Individuals and families welcome with ages from 8 years and over. You should be in
reasonable health and up for a good workout. All instructors are fully insured.
